The way I see it. Nobody knows exactly how there going to feel when it comes to the point of no return, no matter how much you prepare or think your ready. To be successful it is either desperate impulsiveness or rational surety. It does not sound like you are either of these things.

SI is real for sure. I'd say that most of us will experience it in some degree the closer we get to ctb. I am of the opinion that it's biological in nature. Living things must be hard-wired to feel the need to stay alive at all costs. I don't think a species would survive very long if it weren't for SI. There's no shame in postponing. I've been right where you are and obviously I didn't go through with it, but when I am completely ready, I will know. 
I've had SN for about a year now and I'm contemplating using it lol.
I've consumed a wee bit of it, and it's not terrible, holding ya nose helps. But I'm scared I'll panic like a madman once I drink 25g worth. And the fact that I ordered only 50g, makes me assume I only have one shot at it.
Kinda edging towards partial hanging. The fact that you can include drugs/alcohol and actualy eat before makes me wanna go that way

I understand that the SI can be hard to overcome as we are programmed to survive. I'm thinking in my case I will eventually reach a point of hopelessness and desperation and then I will be able to leave this world.

I feel you. Maybe feeling angry will help you? Anytime I'm close to use my SN I feel so angry and keep thinking 'let's see who laughs last'.
