I think you're meant to disagree with all of themLove the myths.
Although I disagree with the one saying "people who has attempted suicide, it is unlikely they will try again. "
If that were the case, me and many people wouldn't ve tried so many times to ctb.
Haha I actually agree with some of them, for instance, this one:I think you're meant to disagree with all of them![]()
Right, the wording is a bit shady on that one, too. Most (80%) people would not call a friend right before taking taking SN or fitting the noose (for obvious reasons) but they would have reached out a few weeks prior.Haha I actually agree with some of them, for instance, this one:
"People who die by suicide, don't warn others. "
That's so true for me!

We use "motivation" in a lot of ways in English. In medical /scientific use, "motivation" usually only means a desire or intention, which is probably why it's not used here."Energy level is the important factor in someone who's improving having the energy to act on a suicidal impulse" What the fuck is energy level, shouldnt it be 'motivation' since it would make more sense. People aren't robots god dammit!
This seems a bit weird to me since it implies suicidal people are leaving intentional clues that they're going to kill themselves. Who's to say they aren't just trying to get their affairs in order before they die so things go smoothly? If I were to clean and sort my objects before I die so my family can easily get rid of them, would that be considered "A clue"? Even if I didn't want people to know? It makes it sounds like a weird game
People who die by suicide don't warn others. Out of ten people who kill themselves, eight have given definite clues to their intentions. They leave numerous clues and warnings to others, although some of their clues may be non-verbal or difficult to detect.
