Has anyone heard of this before? I saw it on Twitter and the comments were all corroborating it. But this is brand new to me. What do you think?

The passing out part is what I'm most interested in. I wonder if I can add it to my plan (partial hanging).... but it lowkey sounds like a recipe to make your stomach hurt...
