An alternative, and this is a one way ticket to catch the bus... Wait until lockdown is over... Buy a plane ticket abroad, USA, Thailand, somewhere where high caliber guns are common, and book a range to shoot a gun, and take the shot, through the mouth out the back of your head aiming between your high neck and base of skull.
It's not nice. But this is a 100% method. It will only take time and maybe some money to travel.
I really don't want to think you'd suffer if the crossbow didn't work, and you might be unable to do something the rest of your life. I mean. I don't know. Blind. Or something. I don't know.
