Help Suicide methods that can be deemed as accidents

Could you please help me with some methods that would look like accidents? I know of a method involving hyperventilation followed by holding your breath under water.

Any more methods would be very helpful and I'd be grateful for the help!

Some fatal automobile accidents aren't actually accidents. I used to favour this approach when I was young, but it feels too messy now.

Few years ago in LA a man got a job to do construction on a huge building. He went to the tallest part and "slipped" to his death. A few weeks later it was discovered he planned his death for almost 2 years by continuing to apply for that same construction job just so he could off him self there because the height was at the highest point to ensure minimal survival.
His family member outed him when they found the suicide note.
For a long while it looked like an accident.
But along with the note investigating the death proved he jumped. The family was suing the construction company for unsafe environment.
