High on arrival by McKenzie Phillips has every aspect of pain imaginable. I don't think she attempted suicide though. I would love to know what anyone thinks of this excellent book. She was the daughter of Papa John of the Mama's and the Papas.
Paper book by Tatum O'Neil. Had a really touching cbt attempt as a child. She was the youngest female Oscar winner for the movie Paper moon.

For sexual assault well Embryo is a song from Dir En Grey that deals with that topic. The lyrics is pretty explicit, vile, and sad. The vocalist is singing in the victim's perspective.

It's Kind of a Funny Story by Ned Vizzini
It's about depression, suicide, and being put in a psych ward. The author committed suicide. I read it when I was a teen

Reasons to Stay Alive by Matt Haig
It's about depression and anxiety. It's sort of an autobiography but it's very relatable and it is one of my favorite books

This does not cover the topic directly, but I could suggest you watching
"What Dreams May Come".

The main character dies and his wife commits a suicide after that. He gets to know she is in hell and travelling to hell to save her and reunite. Almost all of the film is travelling in heaven. This is a very touching story. Robin Williams years after commit a suicide too.

Might be "Silent Hill 2" all cutscenes from the game but everything you will see there might not be the same as you recognize.

A story of a character with depression after a loss and concentration on feelings. Yet we do not know was everything a one big hallucination.
Probably the most profound game ever created.

A visual novel "Everlasting Summer" but it has a huge amount of endings. Might be not your genre.

A person whose life is worthless takes a bus and it drives him to the place when he is young and it is the combination of anime and Soviet Union nostalgia.

A film or a book "The Fight Club".
Same subject - "The Machinist"

If you like classic literature, then good options might be:
Goncharov "Oblomov"

Not an easy thing to read but this is about a person whose life just passes by

Downloading Nancy...I have BPD and relate so much to her. There is one scene where she is in a hardware store and is fooling around with different things to hurt herself with. I've done that a few times and "accidentally on purpose" hurt myself on things they had out.
It's a true story about consensual homicide (when you don't have the guts to end it so you hire someone to do it for you).

I've already mentioned others in a couple of threads. But watched a film about a young woman who suffers an incredibly rapid shift in personality I think every doctor should watch... Brain on fire 2016

Should be common sense but it's sad this terrible thing gets put to film

"A Necessary Death" is a really dark (fictional) story about a student filmmaker who wants to film a person's final days before their suicide so he actually interviews people before landing on the main character.. I dont want to give too much away, but it has a twist ending. (Bought on Amazon Prime)

"Bridgend" was a theatrical movie based on the Bridgend suicide cluster. The documentary on youtube is better in my opinion though.

"The Discovery" on Netflix is a really weird interesting one where a discovery leads to suicide being the leading cause of death in the world.. it's kind of science fiction but really good.

"A girl like her" is about a girl who is bullied in highschool and takes the usual progression from there.. but is filmed in an interesting and impactful way.

I have a lot more.. I'm a little obsessive

Here's an old punk song I like a lot that deals with suicide and societal alienation.

A film a saw recently that really struck a chord with me was "Christine". Based on the true story of Christine Chubbuck, a socially awkward news anchor who committed suicide live on television.

For my suicidal teens out there, "the Perks of being a Wallflower" is my go-to movie when i'm feeling suicidal. I watched it the first time i got hospitalized and bawled my eyes out so hard they removed it from the unit. It's not exactly about suicide, but attempts are mentionned and implied ; the main character deals with mental illness. The soundrack is wonderful.

There's also one of my absolute favorites, "It's a wonderful life", it's pro-life but it's really heartwarming, and it's a cinematographic classic.

Also, lowkey "The dead poets society"

A bit more YA, but "My Heart and Other Black Holes" is one of my favourites. It kind of features a site like this one, too.
