Suicide by jumping: What's the ideal height?

I was wondering, what's the minimum height requirement for not surviving a free fall? I really want to attempt this method because my SN was seized by my parents and since then I have no other method at my disposal, I'm going with my only choice. all help is very welcome!! :3 hope we can all CTB and find peace soon
