Suicide By Hyponatremia?

I already have lower sodium because I have a habit of drinking too much water. I get frequent headaches from this and am always popping Tylenol, Extra Strength.

How would suicide via water intoxication work? I know it's possible but would the death be long and painful? Does anyone know of any instances?

Also, if I took some Tylenol extra strength and PM, would that help deal with side effects, such as headaches and etc?

I am really desperate. My life has gone to hell and I have nobody. I feel so alone and I'm in a cycle of intense pain due to trauma and BPD.

I attempted suicide with partial hanging a year ago and failed and I can no longer find a place where I can purchase SN in the states + I'm very scared of getting anything needed from a black market. I don't want to get caught and thrown in jail.

I just want a way out and water is free and plentiful.

I tried it and I'm still alive. Took a couple of paracetamol beforehand which I think is the same as what you call tylenol.
I got a slight headache anyway. I felt quite sleepy and my arms went heavy and a bit tingly.

Theres been a few cases where people have died from it accidentally so it can happen

Please read the resources threads on here regarding methods. This would be a rare occurance if it were to happen,will make you miserable and highly treatable if found. It would take a long time if you were even to put yourself in a critical state of hyponetremia to die in most cases. I have been hospitalized many times for this condition as I am prone to it especially with certain medications that i found out caused this in me the hard way. Had a seizure because of it once and woke up in ICU days later not knowing what the hell happened,where i was,how i got there and didn't even recognize my wife the first day of being awake. Like anything else sure under perfect circumstances it can kill you but so can a million and one other things if things align. There are other threads on this. If you are serious do your research and learn that there are very few ways to reliably CTB especially with common items. Suicide Resource Compilation and PPeH would be a good place to start.

I think the main risk would be your brain swelling and causing damage to itself. The pressure could cause you to go blind or have irreparable symptomology elsewhere. I wouldn't ever try this method.

Really unpredictable and very painful/uncomfortable. You will start vomiting up the water. High risk of being left with neurological damage. There are easier ways to go.

Easier ways to go is a liiiie. Every method is difficult and risky too.
