Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Most of the people give up their dignity to live. Some people kill themselves because of dignity, many people think that's stupid.

I think a lot of people feel like they don't have much choice. If a person is vehemently against suicide-eg. due to religious reasons, so as not to upset loved ones, because they don't qualify for assisted suicide and fear botching a DIY attempt, they have little choice but to keep living.

Then we get scenarios like in nursing homes where care staff desperately try to give the residents dignity. Even though they can't even clean themselves after going to the toilet. It's this weird act where both pretend it's all ok when, it really isn't. I really want to prevent myself going through that. No one should have to go through that if they don't want to.
