hello,
I feel very angry at the worlds general stance in regards to suicide. I feel that we are held hostage in this life for the benefit of others. There's prejudice, lack of information, lack of help, persecution.
i feel that the only reason why i would want to live now is to form some sort of activism against this massive oppression of the unwilling to live.
in my opinion, suicide should be sanctioned, studied, promoted. i know its not for everyone but a lot of people just live because thats the normal thing to do. wht if there was an alternative_ what if we could remove the taboo and sadness out of death. would this be some sort of evolution?
for example if suicide was sanctioned, arrangements could be made to make the proper farewells and do it a painless, safe, effective way.
another thing that pops to mind is, if we don't want our lives, maybe we could donate our organs or other possessions. so many good things could come out of a truly sanctioned suicide.
what do you think?
