Hello knowledgeable people,
Google has let me down - or more like, I don't have the concentration levels to figure it out and all the answers are blocked because, well you know why they're blocked. We don't want people killing themselves!!
Anyway my question is this: do you lose weight faster by eating a small amount of protein or by not eating anything?
I've lost about 7kgs in the space of a week by not eating anything but obvs this is gonna slow down as it moves away from water loss and metabolism slows. Hence my question.
Can any of you geniuses shed any light? Thanks peeps
