It's essentially a writing technique where, instead of having any concern for legibility, grammar, spelling etc., you mindlessly write down what you're thinking about at that moment. You let your thoughts "flow freely" and you put them to paper, no matter what, even if they're uncomfortable or weird. It often produces very vulgar (hence the NSFW tag), very hilarious results, or even interesting results; and many argue that it is a good way to see what is truly going on in the unfiltered back of our minds at a given moment.
I want people to write down their stream of consciousness and see what comes out! It can be as short or as long as you want; ideally, filter yourself as little as possible, keep your hands moving and don't stop to think, but if a part is simply too personal or embarrassing, you're free to skip over it. You can be mysterious and leave it as-is, or you can add context and explanations afterward.
