sorry, it wasn't in my intention to be confrontational. I guess I'm just using this opportunity to bitch and vent about these new rules because they will always be new rules to me.

The people on this website, supposed to be our only solace, restraining themselves in other to fit in with anti choicers was such a big victory for them.

I still can't believe they're slowly winning every battle.

I understand where you're coming from. I remember lurking on here a few years ago so I have some idea of how different it was then.

Personally I don't believe they are winning every battle. The site is still going despite the NYT article and despite doxxing the previous admin. They probably thought that would be the end of us.

In a strange way we're a victim of our own success. We've got more members now and that in itself means the site is a different kettle of fish.

Some are only google specific but some can be used on most search engines. A quick search of "google search opperators" can tell you the ones specific to google. Also forgot to mention Tor or VPNs can help get past sites censored by countries, but that is outside the scope for this reply now.

Well, having read about that case now, I would say that it contained a lot of abuse and is far from the quite innocent comments that usually show up here.

It's more about that they "got the ball rolling", and are always looking to expand it and test limits. There seems to be some kind of "crusade" going on right now with saving people. You don't have to take my word for it, but I doubt we're too far away from some kind of legal shenanigans from some overzealous prosecutor who wants to make a name for themselves. I think there's more than innocent comments that get made here from time to time. People, myself included, point out ways to actually ctb, give advice on how to do it, PM people with sources. That's all asking for trouble, IMO. If not now, eventually.
