Depends on what is the most crucial factor for you. If efficacy - statistically firearms and hanging seem to be the most reliable, also fall from a great height and poisoning (this only applies to certain substances, so effectiveness can range greatly e.g. cyanide is said to be as effective as shot in the head). Moreover methods can be compared according to their accessibility, the time they take and neatness. I'd say if you're certain, it's best to choose the most efficient ones and maybe even complex suicide.

You might be able to dig up more info by googling. Poisoning is relatively low on these charts, so you would think SN is not the way to go. But someone on SS previously posted this link:

According to this study the lethality of SN poisoning is 80%.

I'd still prefer assisted suicide euthneasia but not legal here
My only concern is the volume & taste & inability to swallow it. 50ml in clinics sounds much more pleasant with family around.
But it has to be done now.
Life has been non existent 10 months.

People really need to do their own research on methods if they really want to exit. As the saying goes you cant trust everything on the internet.

I know. I've been chronically physically disabled 8 years but the symptoms are insane now. I will be going through with it I have no choice it's that or a psyche ward for decades of agony as medication doesn't touch the sides. I reckon I'll manage it. Just getting closer I'm getting more anxious of things going wrong.Hope you find peace soon whatever method you choose x
