Starving/dehydrating

I believe the least painful accounts involve terminal illness and/or drugs - barbiturates, opiods, benzodiazepines - to manage the pain. It also helps to have a caretaker during your last week or so since you'll be bed bound, and extremely weak.

It is different for everyone. I have thought about dehydration for quite a while, but I never make it past a week due to a burning urethra. If you're set on either of these, you could become as a weak as possible without your family noticing, and then chain yourself to a tree in a secluded forest far away from home.
