Venting starting to lose it

nothing feels real, nothing i do or say feels like it has any sustenance and everyday feels like a loop that i'm too unwell to break out of. the existence of mankind and life as we know it is starting to feel simulated. i don't even know who i am anymore. i look in the mirror and im disgusted. i'm just a walking bag of flesh and blood, just like everyone else. something is truly wrong. my days here are getting slimmer and slimmer, and nothing seems to make me want to stay. not relationships, not the future, nothing.

i feel every word you wrote so deeply in my bones
it's such an awful point to reach: going pretty much numb yet only ever experiencing any trace of a feeling in the form of pain
sometimes i feel just steps away from full on psychosis
