I just can't wait for the end of the day. At night I drink some kratom tea, and take a sleeping pill to relax. I was drinking coconut rum and cider last night just to blitz myself out of this world for a few hours. Anything to escape this reality is a bonus.

Sleep (being unconscious) is something to look forward to. However, I wish I had an easier time falling asleep. Without an active distraction, my mind keeps me up.

Hi internet stranger. Just barging in to say that I used to have a hard time falling asleep and then getting back to sleep after I'd get up in the night. I found listening to podcasts (true crime for me) helps immensely. There's a great one called "sleep with me" that is awesome. The guys name is scooter and he has a strange voice. It took me a CPL listens to get comfortable with him, but he's always great. I hope this might help in any way

I imagine I'd have a really hard time sleeping while listening to someone talk, I'm sensitive to noise. I appreciate the thought though, and I'm glad it helps you.
