Started abilify

Today I seen my psychiatrist. I was written a prescription for abilify and rewritten for trazodone abilify for suspected bipolar-1 or bipolar depression. Trazadone to help me not think about kms at night. We are bouncing back and forth as to if I have one or possibly both disorders idk yet. I've been really suicidal since April, I relapsed into self harming again after yearsss and it kind of spiraled out of control. I stopped therapy and medication back towards September or October I thought I was gonna be ok finally. Boy was I wrong. I have a lot to do and finish before I die so I won't be yeeting myself anytime soon I don't think. We'll see.

abilify is great anti psychotics, it's not sedating like traditional anti-psychotics. I'm on rexulti 1mg which is similar drug and it stabilize my emotion rather than simply dulling it. I hope it will help you too.

So far it's made me sleepy I'm sure once i adjust it'll be better
