I know one guy that went that way at the beginning of the AIDS crisis. I guess he was lucky.
I have had a few unintended trips down the stairs and suffered no injury. You will likely hurt yourself and just add more pain to your current situation.

I'm clumsy and have fallen down stairwells plenty of times. Lots of broken bones but nothing else.

You'd probably have just as much chance of getting paralyzed as you would of ctb- really not a good way.

Knew a guy who fell from a balcony (intentionally I believe) on 3rd or 4th floor (not sure). He was in a care facility, half-vegetative state, wearing a diaper and in a wheelchair. So, that's why I would want a method that is as certain as it gets if I were to do it.

100% not a good method of ctb. chances are you'll end up with a few broken bones, paralyzed, or even brain damage, which will just further intensify your misery. would not recommend, unless you're REALLY lucky, or old. otherwise i don't see it being a reliable way of ctb
