I had a whole playlist made for my failed attempt... Songs like Pink Floyd "Goodbye Cruel World" and Nine Inch Nails "Hurt".
But one of my new favorites is Ulrich Schnauss "Goodbye". The song fades out at 2:30 signifying the death of someone close.
It's definitely a headphones type of song, the lyrics are hard to understand.

Not actually a suicide song, but it was played at my best friend's funeral after he ctb, and also on the first goodbye thread I saw here, played on repeat after he drank SN. So it feels like its about suicide to me.

if you like songs about suicide you should definitely check out dsbm. the sound is obviously very different than billie eilish or mitski but the entire genre is centered around depression and suicide.
