• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    šŸ‘‰ View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Yeah my brain would be all mashed up but hey, I wouldn't have the cognitive ability to recognise all the shit I do anymore! I could live blissfully ignorant!

The procedure freaks me the fuck out though with the electric chair and the stabby stick in the eyesocket.

i thought about this as well, i would be too scared of being stuck in my head thinking the same as i am now yet losing the ability to communicate it anymore, kinda like locked in syndrome. i already had a neuro episode that took away my ability to speak out loud normally now but i think the same as i did before, and thats frustrating enough on its own

no matter what state or whatever happens to you, if you do not have the consciousness to acknowledge it you are always doing better than someone who does

i guess it depends if the lobotomy really does that though

Blissfully huh? I've pretty much been chemically lobotomized and I'd never use that word to describe it.

A lobotomy seems really scary to me, it's irreversible and you would lose your personality

I Sometimes wonder if electric shock therapy or a lobotomy would be the trick

I've definitely thought about it, I genuinely envy people who are dumb as rocks and don't think about anything, they just go to work, get home, drink a beer while watching TV, go to sleep and repeat, and they love living. That's why I wouldn't necessarily even mind becoming a vegetable in case my attempt fails, because it'd functionally be the same as being dead, at least from my perspective.
