I'm very much afraid of hanging, but most probably that's the swiftest and least painful method available to me (I did my homework on that). I just afraid I'll be scared in the last moments, so I'd like to know if there's any suggestions on what to take (e.g. alcohol, pills, whatever) before hanging to make me calmer? All suggestions are appreciated.

Usually bozos are prescribed for anxiety. I read the SI thread yesterday. It's pretty good. Apparently SI is capable of being understood by professionals. They just skip that part. Idk.
