• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I just tried to buy SN from the DH before the invoice expired. I checked the PGP signatures with kleopatra and it said it was fine. After the invoice expired it said no payment went through, I tried to get support through the page and it said my transaction's id couldn't be found in the system. Please, if someone is experienced with this sort of thing please help me find the right way to finally get SN. I'm desperate, I really don't want to wait any more.

There's an option to work with DH support directly, not the automated system. It should be the last selection in the list. You did everything right , the only thing it could be is the address was copied wrong. Did you verify the address was correct.

If you do it again try a small payment first , then the remaining amount once the first transaction is completed.
