Someone please help me use a PGP tool

I'm trying to access the dark web to buy resources. I can't get kleopatra because I'm on a mobile device so I got iPGmail instead and I just can't understand how to use it. I'm trying to import a public PGP key but when I go to search the key servers for one, nothing comes up. How do I get a PGP key??
