Last night I ended up hurting myself more than I should have, so now i need help with some ways to hide deep sh cuts, and, if possible, an excuse in case my parents ask me about it

Depending on where it is, I usually rely on wearing long sleeves or ensuring all pants i wear are ankle length.
if in doubt, trekkie pants and a hoodie is the safest bet.

When I'm trying to hide cuts on my arms/hands, I just wear my wrist brace and say my carpal tunnel/tendinitis is flaring up.

I wore a hugely oversized hoodie or jumper and made sure the sleeves sunk down to my knuckles at least. If my SH was visible slightly above or beyond that I would claim I had been scratched by a pet.

I think explaining the cuts is difficult without knowing how they look because the angles, amount, and such can all matter when coming up with a convincing story

Generally speaking you could maybe break some glass bottles, a vase, or something else, glass cute can be pretty deep at times and could explain why you have several or many. Assuming the cute aren't bleeding and maybe even slightly closed you can explain that as you were ashamed or scare of mentioning what you broke to them. It'd probably be helpful, if using that excuse, to break something you'd like to actually hide from them. Or you could say you were doing something they told you not to do or that they'd expect you not to do and consider that maybe supportive for hiding things from them

The best kind of lie are the ones that you actually feel would be true if it happens, so aim for that
Hope that helps <3

Your mileage with that excuse may vary. For me I have had chronic pain issues with my wrists since I was a teen so nobody is suspicious when I'm suddenly wearing a brace/s. If you've never worn braces before somebody may be suspicious but they may also just accept it without question.

I wish you luck!
