Has anyone found data on the dopamine-antagonizing effects of meclizine ("Dramamine II") vs. metoclopramide or domperidone? I suspect it's a lot weaker, and may require a higher dose to work, with all the concomittant side-effects of its primary pharmacodynamic effects (histamine and muscarinic antagonism),
