I'm struggling with this too . I'm over 21 so age isn't issue for me as I have ID but struggling to find a place where you don't have to be a business

It's becoming increasingly difficult. IC was, from what I've heard, pretty lax about proof of ID, so the same could be true of other suppliers.

To be honest, I think that procuring SN will soon be something for the dark web.

I hate to say it but until either 1. IC returns or 2. We get a new IC equivalent there isn't much, UK has tight regulations on things like SN. CCS is back but to my knowledge they only ship to US.
