Social media give me new trauma each time I browse it ..each time I forget the past and get better bad things on social media like harrassment/sexual harrassment bring me back to zero...

i totally get this feeling :( have you tried putting an app blocker on? i've been using an app blocker for my insta and it's helped me scroll less + have a bit more me time.

Social media is cancer, that's why I mostly stay off it now. If you can, mby try to do the same
