I'm a straight female and, small is fine. I lost a lot of weight at one point and went almost flat. That's kind of embarassing, especially when it makes it difficult for people to tell which gender you are. I don't dress in a feminine way. So- enough to give them a clue I guess and not make unpleasant comments. But, I reckon having massive tits mustn't be all that practical. It was literally the single best thing I have ever done for myself. Now I have D-cups. I wouldn't have minded going another cup size down but the doc is right. My height/bone structure is much more proportionally balanced with a large C- to medium D-cup size. Even after all these years, my D-cups still feel small to me. Lol

I was the exact opposite. Lol I honestly thought it was gonna be nice to see my waist -- I'm really short waisted. Honest to God, the first words out of my mouth when I looked in the mirror was "OMG I HAVE shoulders!" It was so nice to go and cut all the 1989s style shoulder pads out of my work suits and sweaters.

Hmm...I literally don't give a shit, lol. Some women look better with small boobs and would look odd with big boobs, and the other way around too. To these types of questions my answer is usually something in the middle, "medium." A nice balance in the middle is usually better than extremes. So boobs big enough to grab and hold and play around with (if I need to clarify, consensual, of course) but not so big that they cause back pain and other painful issues.

But if "medium" is too much of an easy cop out, and you just want big or small, just one or the other between two options...hmm...not sure if I can decide. Big boobs (but not absurdly big) are fun to play around with, and they look nice. But all the pain that comes with big boobs just doesn't seem worth it. Small boobs also look nice in a different way. Some women would look off with big boobs, or heck, even medium boobs. And small boobs don't come with a ton of physical pain.

Overall, basically a tie, I'd say big boobs look slightly nicer, but small boobs don't come with all that physical pain. Overall though, I'd have to give it to small boobs, because the pain from big boobs I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy, lol. And a lot of women with big boobs get breast reduction surgery anyway due to the pain. So they'd end up small or medium anyway.

I'm pretty sure literally everyone likes that, lol. I hear that even straight women and gay men are distracted and/or fascinated. Not necessarily due to sexual attraction, it's just one of the most obvious things to notice that catches the eyes immediately. And I don't know if this is correct but I've read that looking at cleavage no matter who you are releases serotonin because it subconsciously reminds us of when we were babies and had to breast feed to survive.
