Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

In the years to come, I'd be more worried about Canada and Greenland. Trump appointed that special envoy. A lot of America's significant waterways start in Canada, like the Columbia river for example. As the Arctic becomes more valuable and strategically important. And Greenland has a lot of rare earths and minerals. And as the climate heats up it makes extracting them easier.

The way we are seizing oil tankers now feels like saying the quiet part out loud... The Venezuela thing has never been about the drugs. It appears more and more like it was the smoke and mirrors to let us "justify" an increased presence and, surprise surprise, take some oil.

The dove strikes again. My friends want to make a protest against it but I think Germany does not really have a leverage in this.

I have not followed it that closely. I didn't rule it out. But I am still surprised. I am curious how American voters will react. They did not change the name of the defence ministry without a reason.

The US gets Venezuela. Russia Ukraine. And China Taiwan? Is this the world we shall live in? Sad.

This Maria Corina Machado will celebrate it. But the Noble Peace Prize committee made asses out of themselves. The prize is way too political anyway.

What surprises me even more is that the operation was a success. The way Trump has cleansed the intelligence services of "illoyal servants" gave me the feeling only sycophants remained. But we will have to wait for the longterm impact of this coup.

I suppose I was surprised it happened last night... but I can't really say I'm surprised it happened. We (the US) suck quite a bit.
