When I need to touch something I pet my dog. I will never be comfortable touching another human being without extreme anxiety. You could also try petting a cat. Or an iguana they seem pretty chill as well

I went through a really lonely touch-starved phase but after a while it broke and now I actually don't feel the need for human touch and actually the idea makes me anxious. Maybe the same will happen with you?
