I don't live in the UK, but there are plenty of people who have guns in the UK.... the government and criminals, which are two of the same thing. When was the last time it was enforced? People getting arrested for helping others commit suicide here in the US is regularly in the local news. Might not be national news but it happens frequently.

I'm not trying to be sarcastic but, the U.K. does have heroin dealers. Heroin is not a bad way to go.
