Funny thing is, I learned the acronym as Cognitive behavioral therapy first, but then a friend pointed out that it also has a different meaning, and the thought of people getting CBT to treat their depression is so fucking hilarious that I can't think of the acronym as anything else.

It's also funny when people say that they are going to CBT as instead of CTB on this page. But at least I'm on the minority about this, and most people don't laugh out when they read that someone is using SN to CBT. Now that's a kinky method, if you ask me.

It is dyslexia. I have that too.
For instance i used term pernament instead of permanent for 2 years, used the word tried for tired and tried for years, and there are more exapmles. Eng is not my the first language but i do the same with new terms - latin terms, people names, places names, numbers, etc.
This gave me points loss on math exams although i had correct procedure of tasks solving.

Me too. I just realized when I read this, and its my first post, just embarrassing.

I try to pride myself on checking my own spelling and grammar before I post but I am surprised by the amount of ridiculous mistakes I make, overlook, or autocorrect makes for me..until it's far too late to edit. I just shake my head.
Sometimes it's funny though, reading through an otherwise grammatically correct paragraph, only to stumble upon an absolutely egregious fault.

Honestly I notice everytime someone types it that way, but I also don't care. It's a common mistake or autocorrect.

The first time I typed CTB my phone autocorrected it to CBT. I'm glad I caught it and corrected it the first time, or it would probably still be doing that. lol
