Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I have heard many people talk about how SN is either not much discomfort or really painful. I have the SN, AEs, ibuprofen, and anti-acids. I know with that there definitely will be some anxiety and discomfort. Was curious on ways to minimize the pain and anxiety. I know it is probably inevitable to a degree but can't blame me for trying lol

Sn isn't painful. Once you take it, it works quite fast, and before you know it, you don't know what's going on. Yeah, you will have some discomfort. Your body is dying. But it doesn't last long. Wishing you the best!!

Thank you for this. So you are saying you lose consciousness quick, so you aren't aware of the more extreme discomfort later on? Mainly asking because I have seen some threads mention how painful it is and what it looks like from another perspective. Just trying to prevent that maybe through benzos, trazodone, something like that that would make me unconscious quicker.

I survived an SN attempt in May of last year. I was throwing up after I took it, but then I just remember being sat on the bathroom floor, and then it was nothing until I woke up in the hospital a few weeks later. It all happened so fast. I've noticed there's been an influx of people saying it's painful recently, and I don't know why. SN is one of the most painless methods thats why people want SN so badly. I think if it was that painful, as people make up less people would want it no?
I believe it's just some discomfort from the nausea and your body fighting the poison. Just gotta resist the first 10-15 minutes. I don't think it's painful :)
I did a 2 years of extensive research about the SN method and I came to a conclusion that in order to make the SN process as less traumatic as possible is to ingest a largish dose of benzos 1-2 hours before ingesting SN.
When my time comes I plan taking 1mg of Xanax 1-2 hours before ingesting the SN, I would use a larger dose but I don't want to fall a sleep mid protocol and be found by some random people (I will be doing this very early in the morning in an abandoned riverside 4-5AM)

Did you took meto in your attempt. I heard that even if you take 30mg of meto, you still must throw up. You are just delaying the vomiting with the meto, not stopping it.

I think it's great that your experience was peaceful.
What do you make of Chemi's experience with it, and similar experiences of others, and the SN video on the WPD website that people say is so scary?
My SN ingestion report and its risks and effects This report is based on my personal account of ingesting a small dose (3.1 grams) of SN out of curiosity, not as a suicide attempt. This report is to highlight the severe risks, unpredictable effects, and potential consequences of reckless...
okay so when i took it i just had a lot of nerves..
i was kinda freaked out after i saw myself turning blue lol.
and i think i was hyperventilating a bit, so my fingers cramped up like when u have a panic attack.
but very, very little pain, a lot of nausea because of the salty soapy taste, got pretty dizzy after around 20 mins, kept drinking sn, eventually passed out.
when i came to i felt a little confused and quite.. giggly.
then got shoved in an ambulance.
i don't remember much at all, i think i passed out immediately.
then apparently had a seizure on the way to/as i was being wheeled into hospital? which i don't remember.
but yeah no pain for me. which is awesome because next time i wont leave any room for error. :3c
I didn't. I didn't exactly have it planned for the day I did it. It just sort of happened. I didn't fast, take AE or benzos. Just 7g of sn in 500ml of lemon fanta.
I don't know lol, they were testing it, which is something no one should do. Testing it can go horribly wrong, and you can die even if you didn't want to. Hence why the "PSA - DO NOT test-ingest SN" sticky thead" exists. And there are multiple videos on wpd of sn.

I see, I am equating it to a bad stomach "bug" plus headache and fever. Nothing I haven't gone through it seems, prob am just catastrophizing due to anticipation
