I read the forum and saw I can find it on Amazon. That thread is old tho and from what I saw there wasn't any Sn on the Italian Amazon. Am I blind of it cannot be found on there anymore?

Although it's been explained already.
The sn on Amazon is food grade.
Meaning it has 6 - 10% of sn.

You will get sick and feel like shit if you drink this.

Search the sticky threads and you can figure out the difference between nitrite and nitrate

95. - 99 % Is a proven method.

Depending on where you live it's been harder to obtain obviously.
Since you're in Italy your have a better chance then most of us.
Just need to look I the right place.

I may have a better chance because I'm in Italy, but I still can't order it online because of my family sadly

Meat curing shops
Or carpenter wood working shops.
Nitrite.

I can't really advise on dw sources from over seas .
I know a few people have options in Europe.
They will see this and maybe DM you.

And I read the thread today to make sure I understand everything about it but I see I've missed some things so thank you very much
