You can do it without antiemetics, but if you can use them, there's no reason to not use them.

Metoclopramide is the most popular one, but other dopamine blockers are recommended too. There's more info in the SN threads.

People take AE with SN and still throw up, and still die. people take SN without AE, throw up and still die. preparing a few cups of SN and water to take if one throws up and wants to take more is advised.

i'd still take AE it makes throwing up less likely

Can you just bring SN, cups, something to stir with and a bottle of water? If you can get sealed jars, you could measure the SN into those and leave it dry and then mix it when you get to wherever you want to go with a bottle of water. That's what I'm doing roughly. I'm just going to bring the package from DMC, a tablespoon, water and cups.

Most people vomit from an with it without ae. I'm not sure why you are making this claim.

I've not seen anywhere that says if you vomit the sn won't work. You would have to cite these claims. We have several accounts of attempts without ae.

If I remember correctly, the PPH says that in overdoses, you should abort if you vomit (as you may have thrown up enough to no longer have the lethal amount in your system), which might be what you're thinking of.
However, the recommended 25g of SN is several times over the lethal limit, so this rule doesn't really apply to SN (as you're unlikely to vomit enough to put the amount in your body below the lethal levels).
