Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I just ordered my SN and I feel relieved and happy! It will finally be over soon.

But I do have a question. The SN bible says that you *can* take SN without an Antiemetic/Dopamine Blocker and that there have been some reports of successful CTB's without them. Does anyone know how likely it is that CTB will work without Antiemetic?

My understanding is that without antiemetic it is probable to fail more. There are some OTC alternatives, such as Meclizine, but it is not clear how they work compared to Metoclopramide. I have been researching if Mirtazapine would be a safe alternative, but could not conclude so far.

Can I ask, why are you considering this?

I don't know where to get it from, and I don't really want to fake symptoms to my doctor

I'm allergic to Metoclopramide. Now I'm laughing wondering if that's a good or bad thing in this situation lmao
