SN without antiemetic

I plan on ending it with SN but have no access to an antiemetic. How can I account for this? Will it be possible? Should I use more than 25g?

Initially, yes, but then I was fine because it couldn't undo what I had just done, so I just had to accept what was going to happen.

I planned taking SN without antiemetics but after reading this I am really scared of failing. Aren't there any other methods to not throw up everything?
