i will probably have a chance at CTB in the near future, i mean i will be alone in my room for several hours, i am concerned about what happens after the ingestion in the sort of noises that might alert my family, i know about pucking wich i can sort out, but what other things might happen?

Have you read the documentary post yet? It basically describes what another person watched as someone did it. Sounded quite painful. But that didn't seem to last long. The person was just curled up at the end and stopped breathing
