Hello. So I was thinking about beta blockers instead SN, just to simply stop my heart beating. Is there a guide or something on this method? Or it's too complicated and takes too much time or painful? Also, I'd like to discuss about SN and/or beta blockers' side effects. What if you took SN, but the dose is not enough? Or just for any other reasons you failed with SN, what kind of damage to the body or mental health you could expect? I just want to be ready for everything and try not to call emergency, cause I don't think I can tell them that wasn't suicide. Besides that, I think as everyone else, even if decided to die, that means my goal is death, not disability.

If you take the beta blocker with sedatives or sleeping pills it might have a shot at being peaceful, but you have to take LOTS of pills. It's just easier to down 50ml SN. I've heard SN has no side effects even if found

So its possible to CTB with beta blockers just you have to it them like candies? And I assume due to arrhythmia and time, it won't be fun at all?

Definitely possible. I did it myself and was told by the doctors if I hadn't been found I would have died. But it involved taking over 100 pills, which sucked in itself and you're more likely to vomit. And yes if you're awake through the arrhythmia or your heart stopping, you will likely regret it. If you're going to do this, take some kind of sedative too. But I advise SN instead because it's easier to swallow a small amount of liquid than so many pills, and it seems more peaceful and quicker

Can you tell me more about it? What did you feel? How much time it took to get results and how much times did you spend at all? Do you have any problems with heart or other sides after that? I'm interested in beta blockers cause heart itself is a muscle and doesn't hurt, the only thing is breathing, but I can handle it if not too long.
