Hi. I'm trying to type as fast as a I can. I was trying to test the stat dose with table salt but I couldn't fast well. My last meal was yesterday at 10·30 pm. I woke up 6:30 am. Take ibu at 7 am and meto at 7:15 am. But then I was so hungry that I couldn't help eating. I had to do it and now I'm so upset I was so hungry I couldn't even prepare the glasses with table salt. My stomach made a lot of noise. Should I reduce de fasting time? I don't know what to do... I failed the test FUCK

The goal is to get your stomach as empty as possible, but 8 hours or so should be plenty. Obviously, you can't do more than your body allows, so you'll have to accommodate as best you can.

That said, I really don't think it's necessary to do a trial run like this. Salt isn't going to react the same in your body as SN. You won't really be able to gauge if you're likely to vomit. All you'll learn is if you can stand to drink a salty liquid.

You are increasing your risk of side effects with the Meto. You might not experience anything, but the more big doses you take, the more chance of that happening. And you won't really be testing if the Meto works, unless you're nauseous/puking. That amount of salt is unlikely to cause much of that.

@TimeToBiteTheDust, you didn't fail the test; you learned some valuable things. If I were aiming at an 8AM launch, I'd start my fast at midnight. Knowing it's harder than I expect to get through the fast, I can prepare my 2 or 3 doses at the same time as I take the meto.

Thank you for sharing this good information. Be good to yourself x

I agree with k75, I don't think a trial run is even necessary, table salt is pretty different to SN. So I wouldn't worry about failing the test.

Taking it in the morning might be helpful in that case if possible. Because you're essentially fasting while you're asleep... I wish you luck in your journey to peace.

Planning same trial. One should test meto/benzo before anyway...

* Not necessary, but dry run calms nerves
* Salt no SN, but could indicate stomach reaction to irritants
(smooth results for salt do not guarantee smooth SN, but if salt vomited I know what will happen)

What I'm doing:
- Prepare everything beforehand next to bed.
- Wake up: take glass of water with ibu, shortly after the meto.
..(that way 45m later just "ready to test")
- Benzo 30m after, still in bed.
- If using salt (not required) -- prepare servings night before, salt does not go bad

I failed the test FUCK
You haven't, rather done pretty well :)
Did everything but salt, which not critical. Tested meto+ibu and was ok. That is the basics, and done well.

Thanks thanks a lot guys!! I am more relaxed now. Thanks for your kind words. 1 hour after taking the meto I went to sleep again and slept like 4 hours. Could the 30 mg of meto made me drowsy? Also I'm planning to increase the hours between meals so I won't suffer when I fast for the SN.

That's great. Please tell us how you felt then.
