Not much you can do. Maybe try to use more water to reduce saltyness but it will be harder because its more liquid to drink and that amps the chance of puking and slows absorbtion a bit.
If you can, pour yourself a shot of some spirit and use it as a wash. It's effective for the aftertaste.Similar threads
