SN sources?

hey can someone PM me some sources for SN? also is any identification necessary to buy SN/ when being delivered is identification mandatory at front door... etc. also I haven't really ever considered SN, I want to dig around some on my own, but the threads are COUNTLESS, I'll do my own research as well but what should I also take with SN to assure it goes smoothly, and if possible where I can get that as well if it's not just OTC. thank you
