it's unregulated in Poland, if you're living next to the border u could order it from basically anywhere to a nearby package automat. the mahor problem is getting it thru the border if you can't cross it urself. easiest to get it from A
Since its legal / unregulated in Poland - could you point to a legitimate polish vendor? (please pm if you prefer)
