Benzos aren't necessary for the method, they are a luxury to have (though can be detrimental if you don't know the timing of them). The darknet is generally the source for them if you aren't able to get a prescription. But plenty of users have CTBed without them, it's moreso for comfort than it is related at all to CTBingI would prefer the comfort to be honest.
