SN Method Queries

I have placed an order for SN via DMC, and am now aiming to prepare everything else that's required. The delivery date is within 2 weeks, but based on what I've read here, I'm not expecting it to arrive so soon.

Paracetamol will be easy to source. My main question is about the antiemetics and the testing.

1) I am based in the UK, and a quick Google search shows that there are a bunch of OTC antiemetics available. The first one is Buccastem - is this appropriate, or would another brand be better?

2) I've read through the information on how to test the SN, but honestly it just isn't making sense to me. Is this step entirely necessary if the product is sourced from DMC, or would you still recommend it? If the latter, is it as easy as using those aquarium strips, or would it be better to go through the full process as listed in the SN Bible ( https://sanctioned-suicide.net/thre...ethod-comprehensive-guide-sn-method.121672/)?

Afaik, yes, Buccastem is perhaps the most effective OTC AE other than Meto ( OTC in some countries ). If you're not in a rush to CTB, you could source Meto from an online supplier, shouldn't be a problem shipping to UK. If you're curious about the supplier, unlock PMs and DM me, I'll be comfortable sharing there : )

Imho, no, DMC has proven reliable, there isn't a need to test it unless you're paranoid.

I'm also based in the UK. It was pretty easy for me to get a hold of Meto from a UK online pharmacy and it is just sent as a normal royal mail parcel. Once I have DMs unlocked I will send you a link.

Big one for me right now is getting hold of Propranolol while the SN from DMC arrives

I might have missed this in the method explanation, but is Propranolol a necessary component? I was under the impression that AEs and some basic painkillers were the main things. I'll have to add that to the shopping list too!

is Propranolol a necessary component?

No. The only essential component is SN itself, Prop is probably the least important supplementary drug on the list but either way, hope you find everything you're looking for.

Yeah like APeacefulPlace said, it's not necessary at all. I've just read a few protocols where it can make things even smoother if you aren't able to get Benzos. And as I'm sure you'll know, Benzos are a ball-ache to get here

if it's dmc for certain than testing isn't as necessary as with others, i'll put it that way. considering his source. we have a lot of accounts of dmc success with no test once the purity was no longer debated. I don't see him changing it as it stands right now.
