• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

first off is sodium nitrite illegal to buy or own in the United States? I know it's a banned product because of the 2023-2024 youth poisoning protection act. which I don't exactly understand what that means. and say one does get caught with it in 2024, would u get arrested, fined, put in jail, have to go to court? would I need to get a lawyer? people are saying that if u get caught the FBI would be the ones involved not the regular police. im sure not everyone knows all the answers if any to the questions.

It's not illegal to own and it has not been banned yet technically. The bill only passed in the house, not the senate. Pretty much every corporation has banned the sale of it themselves after what happened with Amazon though. As far as what's going to happen if it is banned, no one really knows right now. It's a wait and see kind of thing. But realistically it looks like it's a ban on the sale of the product to individuals, not a ban on owning the product. I don't know how this will affect foreign purchases, however as I haven't looked too deep into it.
