Pretty sure >100kg requires 35g of SN. (I'm looking for my source...PPeH, maybe)

I wouldnt suggest 35. Theres a chart here somewhere. I'm nearly 300lbs. I will be taking 30g

The LD Low of SN is 71mg/kg meaning that the smallest amount of SN that needs to absorbed for a lethal dose at your weight is around 7.6 grams (obviously more will have to be consumed due to conversion to NO in the stomach and vomiting before full absorption). 25 grams is more than enough even if you are very overweight. I have no idea why the PPH recommends 35g when that amount would be very difficult to keep down.Last edited:Similar threads
