When you buy SN via internet do you give seller false details like false name, false surname, false address so that it is more difficult for cops in case they want to find you and take your purchase away from you ?

The seller still requires billing information. It's amazing what you can find with a credit card number.
Unless it's illegal to own or requires a license to own/purchase the police has no right to seize your property.
