SN protocol questions

Just a couple of quick SN protocol questions:

(1) Propranolol - How much and when?

(2) Posture - Upright or lying on Right side?

(3) Benzos - I have Diazepam and Clonazepam. Which, how much and when? I thought a combination personally.

(4) I'm still also contemplating the simple Gelatin or Gastro-resistant (Enteric) capsule choice.

(5) I have both antiemetics - Metoclopramide and Ondansetron. Just on the day (and when) or starting 2 days prior? There seems to be both options approaches going on.

1. Propranolol: 160 mg, right before. (do more research I may be wrong at any of this just double check please)
2. Posture: Upright, this makes it faster to be absorbed.
3. Benzos: Diazepam 30 mg, Clonazepam 4 mg, before.
4. Capsule choice: Not sure on this one.
5. Antiemetics: Start 2 days prior and take double the dosage on the day.

Correct me if Im wrong please.

Take the SN upright, but then lay down in recovery posotion immediately - blood pressure headaches are a bitch & can make you fall over, plus in case you vomit after unconcious.
I dunno specifically about the benzo's but all the recommendations I've seen are for the simpler / less different types of meds, so if you can do just one type, maybe that's better??? I dunno.
And for the AE, check if you have any med reactions that increase side effects plus look up how long it normally takes for onset of side effects - some can happen with a single dose, some can take literal weeks to kick in..

I believe you want the parcetemol 1 hr before SN. That dosage is correct according to pph I'm pretty sure.

From what I understand the only pills that you need to or that they suggest crushing is your benzodiazepines.

I plan to take 1 benzo 1 hr before with the pain reliever.

Then the mega dose and propanolol 5-10 min before the drink (crushed into drinkable solution)
Actually, I looked at my protocol and I put pain reliever 40mins prior to SN so that must be the recommendation from pph
